About Course

As part of our consulting engagement with Beaconhouse National University (BNU), we gave consultation using the adaptive leadership framework by Ronald Heifitz. He is a Harvard professor and co-founder of the Adaptive Leadership model, which he developed at the Kennedy School of Government. We developed a comprehensive business plan for the relaunch of its School of Education (SOE). The project involved high-level curriculum design for diverse program offerings, strategies for student recruitment and alumni engagement, faculty development and international research connectivity, and a brand relaunch and outreach plan. We also provided recommendations on fundraising and revenue generation, administrator training, and innovative academic programs tailored to premium local, regional, and international markets. 

The work further included a thorough market and competitor analysis, identification of niche opportunities such as AI and Early Childhood Education, and strategies to position the SOE as a distinctive, premium academic institution. Our deliverables outlined marketing and growth initiatives with clear goals and budgets, faculty recruitment strategies, and resource planning to attract leading educators and partnerships. The project was carried out over 12 weeks, moving through structured phases from market research to finalization of the business plan.
