Leading Forward
Responsible for improving teaching quality, strengthening school systems, and driving sustainable school improvement.

What is Leading Forward?
Leading Forward is a practical leadership development program designed specifically for school leaders who are responsible for improving teaching quality, strengthening school systems, and driving sustainable school improvement. Rather than focusing on leadership theory alone, the program equips participants with practical tools they can immediately apply in their schools.
Designed for principals, vice principals, section heads, coordinators, academic leaders, and aspiring school leaders, the program supports educators in building strong instructional leadership practices, improving teacher performance, and creating systems that lead to better student outcomes. It is suitable for schools seeking long-term improvement through evidence-based leadership.
The program combines interactive workshops with workplace implementation, enabling participants to learn through practice rather than lectures. Through school improvement planning, classroom observations, coaching conversations, learning walks, notebook scrutiny, professional development planning, staff meetings, parent engagement, and monitoring systems, participants build leadership habits that create lasting impact. Each participant develops and implements a School Improvement Plan, applies the learning within their own school, and demonstrates progress through practical evidence and reflection.
Participants Will Learn To:
Lead school improvement using practical leadership tools
Develop and implement a School Improvement Plan
Conduct lesson observations and learning walks effectively
Coach teachers through evidence-based feedback
