She is currently pursuing an MPhil in Education Leadership and Management at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Her professional experience includes research assistance, teaching support, and school-level academic coordination, with contributions to curriculum design initiatives, large-scale online learning programmes, and academic quality enhancement.
Ahmad Bilal- Field Academic Lead
Mr. Ahmad Bilal is an education practitioner and MPhil scholar in Education Leadership and Management at LUMS. He has over four years of experience in program management, during which he has designed curricula, planned learning programs, coordinated teams, and managed implementation from planning to delivery at Idara Fikr e Jadeed, Lahore. He has successfully designed and launched structured educational programs working with students and educators, with a strong focus on practical execution and on-ground engagement.
Hamid Husain - Field Academic Lead
Hamid Hussain is an M.Phil. candidate in Education Leadership and Management at LUMS. He has hands-on experience as a school teacher and coordinator, with work spanning inquiry-based curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, and instructional leadership within middle and secondary school settings. His background includes co-developing instructional handbooks and facilitating training sessions on active learning strategies. Currently, he serves as a Teaching Assistant for leadership-focused courses, where he supports the study of organizational change and educational reform.
