Pull-Out: Play is not just a childhood right

At Chughtai Institute of Leadership and Learning, we believe that play is where learning begins. In our flagship workshop with international trainer Ali Ezzeddine, educators, leaders, and school managers explored how play forms the foundation of strong Early Years practice. Through circle time activities and group reflections, participants experienced how curiosity and collaboration lead to real learning.

They also unpacked what play truly means — free, exploratory, reflective, and even risk-taking — and discovered that the ideal classroom is built less on expensive resources and more on creativity, intention, and joy. The key takeaway for today’s educators was clear: teaching transforms when play is valued.
